Tripura Pradesh Congress President Pradyot Kishore Debbarman knows that reviving the Congress in Tripura would be a long haul and is trying to convince the local leaders that the latest improvements in the vote share in General Elections shouldn’t be taken as a measure of the party’s true potential in the state.
With an aim to reach each and every corner of state and revive the organization before the Panchayat and much awaited ADC elections, the PCC president has started holding organizational meeting in several interiors pockets of the state.
In last few days, the PCC president has met party workers and block coordinators of several sub-divisions and districts. Even today, he held three consecutive meetings at Chwamanu, Halahali, Kamalpur and Khowai.
In the meantime, the PCC president also donated relief materials among the flood affected families. He donated 14 fans among the families that took shelter in the relief camps.
