In an incident of road mishap one person died yesterday when his car met an accident near Baikhora Bazar yesterday.
Sources said that Makhan Choudhury (36), a resident of Laugang, Komarpara met an accident when he was going back to house by driving the car at high speed from Baikhora Bazar to his house.
Sources said that the car collided at road side in high speed. Immediately Choudhury was shifted to Santirbazar District Hospital. Observing his serious condition the doctor-in-charge referred him to Gomati District Hospital. Unfortunately Choudhury died on the way to Gomati District Hospital.
Sources said that body of the deceased will be handed over to the family members after post mortem. Choudhury survived by his wife and a small child. The incident of death brought down a poll of gloom in the locality.
