Chief Judicial Magistrate of Udaipur District Court ordered to send SI Bimal Debbarma for 15 days jail remand today who was in police remand from January 9 to 14 in allegation of his involvement with drug mafias.
Earlier OC of Bagma Police Out Post Bimal Debbarma was arrested at late night from Dhajanagar Police Line on October 26 in connection of his involvement case no-143. Later another case filed against SI Bimal Debbarma in allegation of passing secret information of police from R.K. Pur Police Station to the drug smugglers. The case filed under case no 195/18 under Section 120 (B)/ 381of IPC and 3/5 Official Secret Act 1923.
At last Udaipur CGM Court sent him to Jail remand for up to January 28 after the end of six days Police remand of the accused SI. The SI Bimal Debbarma was sentenced at Belonia Jail after his arrest in allegation of passing information of police and his judgment was going on there. At present he is at Udaipur District Jail.
