National Under 17 Girl’s Football: Tripura fails to qualify for the final

AGARTALA:

Tripura Under 17 Girl’s team failed to qualify for the final after so much well in the ongoing National Under 17 Girl’s school football tournament.

But still the girl’s have the chance to secure the third position as for this place they will play against Gujarat tomorrow as the match will be played at Angur and will start from 8.00 am. 

Today in the morning Tripura defeated Tamil Nadu in the sudden death but lost to Haryana in the semifinal by a minimum margin of 0-1. In the match goal keeper Khasmaiti Reang kept superbly as she stopped so many shots from the opposition.

Now all eyes will be on the third place as Tripura have to play well to win the match against strong Gujarat team.
