Homeguard staff deprived of salary violating order of HC

DHARMANAGAR:

Retired Home Guard staff of Police department Ranadhir Dey failed to get his 6 years pending salary in spite of order of High Court. He did not get 6 years and 3 months salary during his service life due to a false case against him.

Even the officials during the period of Left Front created a hindrance to join in the job.

On failing to seek out any option Ranadhir Dey sent a letter to the department of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. After getting a strong reaction from the department of Prime Minister the officers bound to call him to rejoin in his job.

But he failed to get his 6 years 3 months pending salary.

Again he filed a case at High Court appealing for his legal right to get his pending salary. In a verdict on November 15 in 2018 High Court of Tripura ordered to pay his pending salary within 2 months with 18 percent interest.

But Ranadhir Dey again became victim of harassment in spite of sending the copy of the verdict to Home Guard and concerned department. The officials are still snow balling against each other departments violating the order of the High Court.
