Police officials of Gandacherra police station arrested Nabinjoy Tripura (22) in connection with the recently headlined double murder case last night. The accused was produced before the court today and sentenced with police remand.
According to police sources, Nabinjoy is the prime accused in the sensational murder case. The entire incident took place in a fit of rage.
Reportedly, Nabinjoy was with both deceased on last Thursday night. With some issues a verbal duel took between all of them. However, it is presumed by the police that this verbal duel later took a vicious turn of double murder.
Though, the police sources are still hesitant to disclose any information regarding the case, a heat wave stroke the entire area just after his arrest owing to his active political association. Finding it hard to control the boiling atmosphere, police department shifted him to Ambassa police station soon after his arrest.
