First Division League Football: Nine Bullets defeats Forward

AGARTALA:

Nine Bullets today defeated Forward club by a minimum margin of 1-0 in the ongoing First division league football tournament organized by Tripura Football association.

Though Nine Bullets won the match but no excitement was seen in the whole 90 minutes as many of their footballers looked off colour today and as the tournament progressing no kind of enthusiasm has been showing by the footballers. With 12 points from 5 matches Nine Bullets though made their way clear for place in super stage.

To strength their team Forward today entered C Lal Zoama of Mizoram and in front of the goal post he was just outstanding while Nine Bullets goal keeper Amit also kept outstandingly. In the 25th minute of the match Amit saved a certain goal from Forward while in the 59th minute Forward goal keeper saved another stunner.

In the 62nd minute Jacob has been fouled by Lal Than Bhaoa and Nine Bullets got penalty. From spot kick Soam Donga scored the only goal of the match. Tapas Debnath today associated the match.
