In an attempt to ensure 24x7 uninterrupted electricity services all over the state, Tripura State Electricity Corporation has launched a new scheme titled “TSECL AT YOUR DOORSTEP”.
Under the scheme, a few of the higher officials of the department were appointed as district guardians - “Zila Abhibabak”. The officials who were appointed in the post will be keeping a close watch on the departmental proceedings and other official works of the electricity divisions under their districts.
According a press statement issued from the office of Deputy Chief Minister, SK Singh Director (Technical) has been appointed as the district guardian of Dhalai and Khowai districts, Arnab Chakraborty, Director (Finance), has been appointed for the West and Sepahijala districts, Gomati and South Tripura districts were kept under the watch of Naresh Chandra Das, General manager (Technical) and Kanak Lal Das, Additional General manager (DP &C) has been appointed for North Tripura and Unakoti districts, Ranjan Debbarman Additional General Manager (Trans) has been assigned for Transmission system.
