An acute attack of infective Diarrhea has caused hundreds of people taking admission in IGM hospital, said the medical officers of the medical ward.
According to the doctors, the number of patients is strikingly increasing since last few days. People from certain parts of the city are rushing to the hospital with a common problem—vomiting, lose motion and slight fever.
Citing reasons, the doctors informed such sort of diseases are basically water borne.
However, one of the patients informed, there is no source of water regardless of water supply and questioned the quality of water. The most affected areas are found to be—Kalyani, Shivnagar, Math chowmuhani and Shantipara.
