The Congress President Maharaja Pradyot Kishore Dev Barman on Saturday released his video in social media, where he stated that after series of meeting with the election commission of India he sought clarification on how the report of Returning officers is overruled in declaring re-poll to only 168 polling booths in West. Pradyot sought the clarification in black and white paper which perhaps shall be carried to the Supreme Court.

"Despite the fact that I have personnel met the EC officials in Delhi, the EC has not yet released its clarification as sought," adding to this Pradyot said, "The Congress shall battle till last for re-polling in Tripura."

The Tripura Pradesh Congress President also the royal scion Maharaja Pradyot Kishore Dev Barman on Saturday tagged the recently held Lok Sabha election in Tripura as the worst election ever been held.

Meantime, Pradyot also sidelined his statement saying that there are many burning issues like unemployment, lack of opportunities and others to be discussed in 2019 Lok Sabha election which the BJP has avoided so far to make personnel attacks on congress leaders.
