Cold grips capital today

AGARTALA:

It was a cold and misty morning in the capital today and the minimum temperature was 10.8 degrees Celsius, the MeT said. A cold wave has been predicted to last till Thursday.

“The sky was foggy throughout the day. There was mist and chilly wind in the morning”, the IMD official said.

The maximum temperature was 18.4 degrees Celsius. The humidity at 8.30 am was 100 percent. The maximum temperature is likely to hover around 23 degrees Celsius, while the minimum is expected to hover around 13 degrees Celsius respectively tomorrow.

“Mist will cover the city in the morning but the rest of the day will be cloudy”, the MeT added.
