Mesmerised by its beauty the Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb accompanied by state tourism minister Pranajit Singha Roy and officials today made a visit to the Buddha water Fall located in Silachari under Andharcherra ADC village of the Unakoti district of the state. The Chief Minister is seen taking the advantage the beauty of this water fall which is a combination of Natural water fall and cave found ever in North East.
The Chief Minister who spend quality time today in the cave of this water fall named as buddha fall and enjoyed the wilderness said, "My government will take all necessary steps to convert this place into a globally renowned spiritual and tourist destination." He said, “Buddha Fall located in Shilcharra under Andharcherra ADC village of Unakoti district of Tripura is a combination of Natural Water fall and cave, this is a very rare natural combination."
Chief minister Deb was accompanied by Ministers Santana Chakma, Pranajit Singha Roy, the chief secretary and others during the visit to the waterfall. After publication of news reports about the beauty of this waterfall, the chief minister today took out time to visit the spot in Pecharthal block.
