Tripura Pradesh Congress President Pradyot Kishore Dev Barman today assured the Congress workers of Badarghat that each and every Congress worker will be given respect in the party as long as he would remain the president Tripura Pradesh Congress and instructed everyone to work inclusively to thwart BJP.
Speaking at an election rally at Camperbazar today, he said, Congress stands for positive politics and no one can stop Congress in Badarghat if we work unitedly in this constituency.
Putting forward, Congress candidate Ratan Das, he said, he knows this area. And, if he had worked for his party and his people in Badarghat nobody can stop him. Speaking about his recent visit to Delhi, he said, I have met Congress chief Sonia Gandhi and party General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi. I have requested both of them to come here in Tripura and seek blessings of Mata Tripura Sundari.
The Congress party will surely revive in the state with the blessings of Mata Tripura Sundar, Pradyot claimed. During his speech he also praised former TPCC president Birajit Sinha and Gopal Roy. However, some other leaders of the party including Birajit Sinha and Roy also spoke on the occasion.
