A session court today rejected the bail application of graft accused former PWD minister Badal Chowdhury.
The defense counsel of Chowdhury once again moved the bail application before the court today citing his health condition but failed to convince the court.
The court rejected the bail application of Chowdhury and sent him to jail custody since January 21.
He will be produced before the Court on January 21 once again.
