Anju, Supriyo elect at North East Chess Forum

AGARTALA:

Veteran Tripura Chess Player Anju Sarkar has been elected as Vice President while Supriyo Majumder has been elected at executive member in the newly formed North East State Chess tournament.

Yesterday at the conference Hall of Don Bosco School in Shillong, the annual general meeting of the forum took place where for the next three years 14 member New committee has been formed.

2 members have been selected from Tripura in the new committee. The main objective of this newly formed committee of the forum will be to develop the game of chess in the north eastern states.
