Darchawi Raltha Y moved to the final of the ongoing 5th Darchawi Prize Money Football tournament organized by Darchawi Lovers club. In the first semifinal of the tournament today
Darchawi Raltha Y defeated Hmundei FC (Nalkata) by a minimum margin of 1-0. From the start of the match both the teams played attacking football but both the teams failed to score any goals in the first half of the match.
In the second half Darchawi Raltha Y speeded up their play and in the 45th minute of the second half Joseph Darlong scored the winning goal. With this goal Darchawi Raltha Y won the match and also moved to the final of the tournament.
Notably to find fresh talented footballers from that region, Lovers club has organized this tournament.
The champion team will be awarded with Rs 10,000 as prize money along with beautiful trophy while the runner up team will get Rs 5,000 along with beautiful prize. The final match to be held on September 9.
