The BJP lead coalition government who posted a total of 425 Graduate Teachers and a total of 7 Post Graduate Teachers this year on Tuesday in the recent recruitment drive has detected a total of 11 fake certificates of the candidate who applied for the job. Addressing a press conference this evening the state education minister Ratan Lal Nath has informed this.
He said, “During the verification process of the documents of the selected candidate who applied for the job we have detected a total of 10 fake certificates of Graduate teachers and 1 Post Graduate teacher.”
“FIR will be registered against them,” adding to this Mr. Nath said, “Government is committed to recruit completely on transparency mode in any of its department and when the education department is concerned the government is putting its utmost effort to improve the sector.”
Briefing the media this evening here at the civil secretariat on the posting of the elected candidates, the education minister said, “A total of 425 graduate teachers are posted at a total of 362 schools in different districts of the state, of which only 1 teacher of divyangan category (Physically handicapped) has been posted in West Tripura district.”
He said, "A total of 12 graduate teachers along with 1 post graduate teacher could not be posted today as the verification process of their documents is not completed." Meantime Mr. Nath said, "On age relaxation issue 1 ad hoc teacher is sidelined for the time being and the state cabinet has to decide on this for further proceeding."
