Youth leader of BJP Jhutan Roy organized Iftar Party on behalf of BJP at mixed habitat area of Sonamura subdivision today. The Iftar was organized at new auditorium of Sonamura Town Hall.
Large number of people from Muslim community participated in the Iftar Party who are observing Roja (fasting). The organizers said that Jhutan Roy organizes similar party in every year and this year he offered the party in name of his party BJP.
Another identity of Jhutan Roy is involved with the Iftar Party. He recalls his father Late Rasik Lal Roy who was former minister of the state. Because Rasik Lal Roy was member of State Assembly constituency from 1983 to 1992.
Late Roy won in assembly poll from Sonamura Constituency consecutively two times. Majority people of minority section of this constituency sent Rasik Lal Roy in the Tripura State Assembly by electing him as MLA.
So the youth leader organized the Iftar party like previous years by paying respect to the people of minority community and offered the party in the name of his favorite BJP party. Jhutan Roy created an exceptional instance by paying respect to his departed father, minority people and to his own party.
