Vijay Hazare Trophy Cricket Tournament: Tripura to leave today for Himachal Pradesh

AGARTALA:

Under the leadership of Manisankar Murasingh Tripura Senior Cricket team will leave for Himachal Pradesh tomorrow to play in the last domestic tournament of the season Vijay Hazare trophy One-Day cricket tournament. From February 5 the tournament will kick off at Himachal Pradesh. Tripura will play 5 matches in the tournament and all of them are very much strong as per the team strength.

Tripura once again failed to make any kind of impact in this season of the domestic circuit as in the prestigious Ranji trophy tournament Tripura failed to win any match while in the recently concluded Syed Mushtaq Ali T20 Cricket tournament also Tripura won only one match while losing the other matches. With the aim of ending the season on a high note, Tripura will leavetomorrow. Udiyan Bose in the vice captain in the tournament.

On February 5 Tripura will play their opening match against Delhi. Their second match will be against Kerala on February 11while on February 13 Tripura will face Bengal. Tripura will play their fourth match on February 15 against Maharashtra while will play their last match against Uttar Pradesh against February 17. Yesterday Tripura did their final preparations for the event and will look forward to do some good work in the tournament.
