Tripura United Indigenous People’s Council (TUIPC) have submitted memorandum to BDO of Karbook with 19 point charter of demand today. Speaking on the occasion president of TUIPC said that they formed Karbook subdivision committee comprising of 35 members.
During speech Supremo Ranjit Debbarma has stressed on development of the state after implementation of NRC in the state according to verdict of Supreme Court. At the same time he criticized Tipra land movement of IPFT and administration of Congress and CPI-M in the state. He alleged that CPI-M has not fulfilled 80 percent demand of surrendered extremists. He demanded to the new Government to fulfill their demand after investigation of misappropriation of fund allotted for their rehabilitation.
