In yet another major relaxation to the recruitment in the state of Tripura, the Union Home Ministry has accepted the proposal of Tripura government on recruiting Tripura State Rifles with minimum qualification of 8th standard pass for the applicants.
Informing this to the media on Thursday evening Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb said that on Thursday the centre has issued a circular on this.
The Chief Minister further added that this relaxation shall largely benefit the ST candidates in this state who were earlier required to apply for the post with minimum qualification of 10th pass.
