As the NDA government at the centre under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the first of its kind called all party meeting in view if Pulwama terror attack at Delhi on Saturday last, the CPI-M Member of Parliament (MP) Jitendra Choudhury joined the meet and demanded the government to take befitting and drastic action against the cross-border terrorism by foreign militants.
During the meeting held on Saturday last at Delhi chaired by PM Modi and Home Minister, Mr. Chowdhury strongly condemned the incident took place at Pulwama on Thursday last, where as many as 42 Central Police Forces were killed.
An all-party meeting has been called by the ruling party to discuss Thursday’s terror attack on a CRPF convoy in Pulwama in which 42 soldiers were killed and many more were injured.
This meeting is considered to be the first-of-its-kind called by the ruling NDA under Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the wake of a terror attack. The agenda of the meeting, it is understood, is to seek a unanimous view of India’s future course of action.
