Visiting the TRTC complex on Wednesday, Transport Minister Pranjit Singha Roy stated that all attempts will be made to restart TRTC bus service in the streets of Tripura.
Transport Minister Pranjit Singha Roy visited the entire TRTC Complex and took a note of the buses dumped inside the complex.
Talking to media, Minister Pranjit Singha Roy stated that strict action will be taken if auto drivers are seen commuting more than 3 passengers and charging more fare then the fixed rate chart. He further instructed the auto driver to fix the rate chart in all autos.
Speaking on the less availability of vehicles after 9 pm, Minister Roy stated that the department is thinking to provide bus service till 9.30 pm as there are many students return home after taking tuition. He also sought report about the buses which are damaged and actions will be taken to restart the bus services soon.
