AGARTALA:

At last the big day arrived as tomorrow Keshab Sangha will take on Saroj Sangha in the big final of the ongoing Third division league football tournament organized by Tripura Football association. The match will be held at Swami Vivekananda stadium and will start from 3.30 pm. Both the teams did their final preparations today for the match.

Both the teams high on confidence after their performance throughout the tournament and both the teams have been eagerly waiting for the final match as they want to put up some outstanding show in the match. The battle will be tough between these two sides. But as per the team strength and the performances Keshab Sangha will have the slight advantage.

Started the tournament with some inexperienced players Keshab Sangha played well to make a place in the final as their coach Shyamal Bhowmik made a big impact on this performance. Though the whole team looked very much confident but Coach Shyamal Bhowmik clearly mentioned that they will be lacking in the match as the opposition is quite a strong side.

At the end of today’s practice session Shyamal Bhowmik said,” Bulk of our players are new as they don’t have any experience to play in the big match. In this regard we will not take any kind of chances and from the start of the match we will play attacking football. If the players maintain the unity and their skills then surely we will end up at the winning side in the match.”

On the other hand Saroj Sangha coach Badal Reang also will apply the same tactics and from the start will play attacking football against Keshab sangha. Also coach Badal Reang cleared the fact that there is no place for over confidence in the team being promoted to the second division as this final will be equally important for the players who did well in the tournament.

At the end of today’s practice session Badal Reang said,” Opposition team is very much strong as they have some strong footballers and in this regard we have to play carefully.” He also clearly said that those small initiatives will be enough for them to end the match at the winning side as all the players will give their one hundred percent in this big final tomorrow.
