Sudip pitched for regularisation of employees at NHM

AGARTALA:

The state health and family welfare minister Sudip Roy Barman on Thursday pitched for proper work culture in state health sector departments especially at the National Health Mission (NHM) programme. This has come up while he was addressing a gathering at Agartala Pragna Bhawan. 

The National Health Mission, Agartala has organised a Northeast Regional Review Meeting cum Workshop, where Minister Sudip Roy Barman along with other officials remained present. 

While addressing the gathering today Mr. Barman said, "Job satisfaction is absolutely required for better service to the public." Adding to this he also said, "The government is mulling to send a proposal to the centre seeking regularisation of the employees at NHM who are currently working as an irregular category."

Later, Mr. Barman in his speech has praised the NHM of providing tremendous service and for bringing in advanced technologies under the aegis of centre from the Agartala GBP Hospital to the sub-divisional hospital.
