State SM Cup Football Event: Sports Schools Boy’s wins title

Tripura Sports School in the boy’s category became state champion today and thus qualified to play in Delhi in the All India Level SM Cup football tournament.

With this they also took sweet revenge of their defeat which they have faced last year. In the final match of State level SM Cup football tournament today Tripura Sports School played with lots of dominance as they defeated Sepahijala district by 2-0.

After the semifinal match today in the final match also Biswajit Debbarma played a vital role as he scored both the goals in the final match. In the jam packed final match today Tripura Sports School played with lots dominance as in term of ball grabbing Sports school was way advanced.

But still to score the opening goal they have to wait till the 45 minutes. In the 45th minute of the match Biswajit Debbarma scored the opening goal from a free kick.

In the second half Biswajit Debbarma scored his second goal in the 72nd minute as in the end Tripura Sports School won the match by 2-0.

In the prize distribution ceremony today among the dignitaries MLA Lalit Kumar Debbarma and Braja Gopal Choudhury, Joint Secretary of State School Sport’s board remained present. Coach Abu Taher looked very much delighted at the end.
