Special Training Starts From Jul 15 with 35 selected players

AGARTALA:

Open Trail Camp for Cricket with the initiative of Mohanpur Subdivision cricket association ended as in this two-day trail camp total 90 cricketers in Under 12 and Under 14 categories took part.

The camp held at Mohanpur school field where all the players showed some great skills infront of the coaches. At the end of the camp from these 90 cricketers, 35 cricketers have been selected by the coaches in both the categories. Among these 15 cricketers have been selected in under 12 section while 20 cricketers have been in under 14 section.

Narayan Chandra Deb and Mihir Karmakar were the coaches in this two-day long open camp. With these selected cricketers from the two categories, special training camp will start from July 15 at Mohanpur School field as this special training will be held for 4 days in a week for a consistent basis and will be given by the same coaches.

Already modern equipment’s of cricket have been brought from Kolkata while in future the association is playing to bring bowling machine after installing turf wicket at the venue. Ratan Das, Secretary of the association announced the news.
