SFI and TSU are ready to give befitting reply to the supporters of BJP in the assembly poll of 2018 who have faded the democracy, harmony and development of the state, said SFI state president Nilanjana Roy during her speech at the protest rally and meeting organized jointly by SFI and TSU at Jatanbari in Karbook subdivision today.
The rally organized in protest of murder of school teacher Babul Majumder at Chailengta. Referring secularism is the tradition of India she alleged that BJP is trying to destabilize secularism in the name of Hindu religion. She said, SFI and TSU are thinking with the people of the state when BJP leaders of the state busy with protection of cow.
Among others Central Secretariat Member of TSU Subhas Debbarma, Karbook subdivision committees Secretary of TSU Chandra Shekhar Debbarma were present in the rally. Large number of students participated in the rally avoiding incessant rain. The leaders alleged that miscreants of BJP murdered Babul Majumder.
Addressing the rally TSU leader Chandra Shekhar Tripura said, National Highway and railway blockade on demand of separate state by the frustrated leaders of IPFT is not possible at all. N.C. Debbarma misguided the supporters and workers by giving false assurance. He should have to show reason behind his misconduct.
