Second Division League Football: Town to face Birendra in the Final battle tomorrow

AGARTALA:

Town Club will face Birendra Club in the final match of the ongoing Second division league football tournament organized by Tripura Football association. The match will be held at Swami Vivekananda stadium and will start from 3.00 pm. Without any doubt this will be the battle between the two best teams in the tournament so far and all the football lovers are eagerly waiting for this epic clash between these two sides.

Both the teams did their final preparation today for this all important match as some high tension has been going on in both the sides regarding the match. This will be third time in the tournament that these two teams will face against each other. In the league stage match Town defeated Birendra while in the first match of the super stage Birendra defeated Town and also took sweet revenge and also became the first team to make place in final.

At the current situation both the teams stayed at the same position as it will be very difficult to predict about the winner from the match as the best team in the match will end the match on the winning side.

With some real talented players of Jampuijala, Birendra club made their place to the first division after a long time gap while on the other hand a strong and balanced team of Town club made their place in the first division after a span of one year.

At the end of today’s practice session Town Coach Raju Lama said,” We are not thinking anything rather than a win and for that all the players need to play really very well. Birendra is a very strong side and we got the proof in the first super stage match and for this we need to be very much careful. But I strongly believe on the strength of our players and if they deliver on the right time than it will unable to beat us. We are desperate to win this title.”

On the other hand with same kind of attitude Birendra Coach Subodh Debbarma also all set with his new plans and after the practice session at Jampuijala he said,” The players played beyond the expectation of the club and we will continue this by winning the title tomorrow. I have the faith on the players that they will not disappoint at all.” Both the teams are very much scared with the field as continuous rain spoiled the condition of the field from bad to worse.
