”Success is not coming as per the expectations as for the last 18 years the rate of success is very much low and for this physical instructors are more or less responsible as they have to be more sincere on their duty. We are not happy at all with the scattered success as we want the success should come at consistency level”, Sports Minister Sahid Choudhury said these lines today at the 18th Foundation day ceremony of Tripura Sports School which has been held at the auditorium hall of the school.
Among the other dignitaries MLA Ramu Das, Secretary of Tripura Sports Council Dilip Chakraborty, Secretary of Tripura Cricket Association Tapas Dey remained present.
The whole ceremony has been presided over by Head Master of Tripura Sports School Bikash Ranjan Das.
Later players from the school who got success in the national level and also best two players from each event has been felicitated. Sports Minister also said that it’s the responsibility of all to take the school to the top as the players can perform with the national jersey.
