On the auspicious occasion of Mahalaya on Tuesday RSS staged the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) brought out a rally in Agartala on Tuesday with the aim to strengthening the Hindu power. To promote hinduvta, strength and power the RSS activist on Tuesday walked in a rally.
It is to be mentioned here that every year the RSS organizes a rally to exhibit power on the occasion of Mahalaya.
RSS believes that the activities of the Sangh is increasing here and the new generation is also attracted towards it as in today's society there is absence of cultural education and only Sangha preaches this.
Large number of RSS workers of all ages including walked in a rally organized by RSS in their traditional outfit carrying a bamboo stick. BJP State Observer Sunil Deodhar also walked in the rally.
Assam records 45.12 pc polling, Meghalaya's voter turnout 50.23 pc till 1 PM

Tripura: Around 34 pc voter turnout recorded in simultaneous polls
