In an incident on May 15, the tribal man Swapan Debbarma along with his daughter was waiting for the train from Agartala rail station in view of getting it stopped from moving forward till the landslide over the rail track. Mr. Swapan Debbarma succeeds stopping the train by signalling it with a towel in his hand and saved thousands of passengers on board.
