North East secretary of the BJP Ajay Jamwal along with party state president Biplab Kumar Deb and state BJP General Secretary (organization) Pratima Bhowmik today met the party workers of South Tripura and Gomati Gomati at Santirbazar and Udaipur respectively.
During the meeting all the leaders stressed on the public meeting that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to address at Swami Vivekananda ground on Saturday next.
“Almost all the party leaders are busy in holding preparatory meetings with the local counterparts so that the Prime Minister’s visit could be made a successful one and in order to this review meetings are being taken place at various parts of the state” said sources in the party.
The preparations are already on the high to welcome the Prime Minister. The BJP party is trying to pull more and more party workers in the public meeting as a part of its tactical beginning of the Lok Sabha poll outreach.
The rally is also crucial in the sense of CAB related protests. The presence of tribal workers will prove the strength of the party in the tribal bastions, added the party sources.
Meanwhile, Agriculture Minister Pranajit Singha Roy, MLA Shankar Roy and MLA Pramod Reang also partook in the programmes.
