The (North East Circle) All India UCO bank officers Federation on Wednesday raised voice in favour of one day strike with several demands.
As a part of the strike the members under the umbrella of All India UCO bank officers Federation (North East Circle) staged protest outside the bank at Kaman Chowmuhani.
Their charter of demands include Immediately identification of vacancies in terms of Transfer policy officers to ensure repatriation of eligible officers including segment specialist officers, correction of all violations of transfer policy for officers and government guidelines, removal of work obstacles to provide adequate manpower support of officers, respect and honor of bilateralism and bilaterally agreed policy guidelines, with several other demands the All India UCO bank officers Federation (North East Circle) observed strike.
Opposing banks negative attitude towards rights and interest of officers, rampant violation of banks policy guidelines leading to non repatriation of large number of eligible officers and motivated crowds country transfers of officers in ATE 2017 and other factors the (North East Circle) All India UCO bank officers Federation expressed their dissatisfaction against the factors.
