Municipal School Yoga successfully ends tomorrow

AGARTALA:

Two day long Municipal school Inter school Yoga tournament ended today at NSRCC Yoga hall and from this tournament municipal team in three categories has been selected. The teams will take part in Sadar Subdivision level Yoga tournament which will be held tomorrow at NSRCC.

Today in Under 14 Boy’s section Kamini Kumar School became champion while Netaji Subhas Vidyaniketan became runners up while in the Girl’s section Ramthakur Pathsala became champion and Tulsibati School became runners up. In Under 17 Boy’s section Umakanta Academy became champion.

While in the same boy’s category Kamini Kumar School became runners up. In the Girl’s section of the same category Chanmari High school became champion while Tulsibati School became runners up. In the under 19 Girl’s category Netaji school wins title while Ramthakur Pathsala bags the second place. At the end of the tournament municipal school team in three catagories has been formed.

Under -14 (Boy’s): Samarjit Dey, Deep Saha, Jeet Saha, Raktim Dasgupta, Debasish Debnath, Rakesh Biswas, Manish Acharjee, Ayush Nama, Rohan Paul and Soumyajit Roy. (Girl’s): Shiuli Debnath, Puja Saha, Sushmita Debnath, Puja Saha, Sayanika Sutradhar, Rituparna Sarkar, Tanuja Paul and Anwesha Deb.

Under -17 (Boy’s): Sourab Ghosh, Arup Chakraborty, Tanmoy Das, Suraj Banik, Sayan Ghosh, Nanda Gopal Debnath and Sagnik Deb. (Girl’s): Diksha Das, Susmita Das, Beuty Debnath, Puja Das, Dipannita Chakraborty and Paramita Sutradhar.

Under -19 (Girl’s): Barsha Kar, Manisha Sutradhar, Isha Sutradhar and Sonali Paul.

On the other hand for the West District event Sadar Subdivision Judo team also announced today.

Under -14 (Boy’s):  Rahul Mandal, Hridoy Sarkar and Somraj Dasgupta. (Girl’s): Beli Debbarma, Risha Debbarma and Tania Das.

Under -17 (Boy’s): Biplab Sarkar, Nirmal Orang, Swapan Telenga and Sunil Das. (Girl’s): Angkashu Mog, Jyoti Mog, Yakali Debbarma and Ria Datta.

Under -19 (Boy’s): Chiranjit Das. (Girl’s): Laxmi Mandal, Pratibha Choudhury, Rumpa Saha and Mathia Debbarma.
