The foundation of democracy strengthened after establishment of new BJP Government in the state, claimed MLA Sankar Roy during his speech while inaugurating biennial conference of Tripura Rajya Shikhsak Sangha of Sabroom Divisional Committee regulated by Tripura Rajya Karmachari Sangha at Dakshini Town Hall of Sabroom today.
Among others president of TRSS Bimal Ghosh, General Secretary Satyabrata Bhattacharjee were present in the meeting. Among the state leaders Debashree Kalai, Goutam Majumder and Nandan Pal were present in the conference.
MLA Sankar Roy inaugurated the programme by lighting lamp and offering floral tribute to portrait of Bharat Mata.
Speaking on the occasion, MLA Roy said, people of state had thrown previous CPI-M government in dustbin.
He said, our main duty is to cooperate the state government to comply the development works at present.
Addressing the teachers he appealed to upgrade quality of education at each and every school. He advised them to build up work culture at the schools.
Chief orator of the conference Bimal Ghosh said, the teachers are backbone of nation. He requested the teachers to work with responsibility to their own sectors. MLA Biplab Das presided over the meeting.
