Director of School Education Department Uttam Kumar Chakma today inaugurated two day long ‘Art Festival’ organized by Samagra Siksha Abhiyan running under the aegis of Directorate of School Education.
The festival is also special in a sense as altogether 64 students from various parts of all the districts.
While speaking at the inaugural session Mr. Chakma informed, the students are doing very well, even the dropout rate has also decreased by 12% which is a great achievement of the department.
Speaking about the program he said, such type of programs are organized to cultivate the hidden talents of our students and the response we are getting is precisely gigantic.
