Inter Office Cricket: Health Dept wins

AGARTALA:

Health Department today defeated TNGCL by 14 runs in the ongoing Inter Office Cricket tournament organized by Inter Office Sports and Recreation association.

In the morning today at Ranirbazar field Health department won the toss and elected to bat first. The whole team bundled out for a mere 90 runs.

Among the batsmen Samrat Tripura made 25, Biplab Chakma made 23 while Raju Lama made 13.

Among the bowlers Subrata Debnath picked up 2 wickets. In reply TNGCL bundled out for 76 runs. Among the batsmen Lalit Mauria made 23, Prasanta Datta made 20 and Prithwiraj Bhattacharjee made 16 runs. Among the Health department bowlers Sankar Debnath picked up 3 wickets.
