In over 35 years of experience of working in all the facets of onshore and offshore production operations, the Executive Director Gautam Kumar Singha Roy has taken over the charge of new Asset Manager of the Oil & natural Gas Corporation (ONGC), Tripura Asset on August 1 replacing the outgoing S C Soni.
Born in Kolkata and graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Roy was leading the Cambay Asset of ONGC in Gujarat as Asset Manager prior joining the state of Tripura. During middle of his service carrier he was heading the famed drilling services of ONGC Tripura.
G K Singha Roy has the distinction of working in all the regions of ONGC viz Mumbai Region, Southern region, North Eastern Region, Northern Region, Central Region and Western Region.
In these different regions of ONGC, he had worked in work centers of Mumbai, Rajahmundry in Andhra Pradesh, Sivasagar in Assam, Dehradun in Uttarakhand, Ankeswher, Vadodara and Cambay in Gujarat and Agartala in Tripura.
