Kailashahar District Hospital converted into a hell in spite of Swachha Bharat Abhijan. Sources said that heaps of garbage including saline, medicine bottle, and injection syringe have been kept here and there at the premises of the hospital.
The authority has not felt necessity of dustbin or drum after setting up of the hospital so that the garbage could be shifted to dumping ground by any car.
It seems that the authority is completely indifferent in keeping the hospital clean while the government allot budget for the purpose every year. Meanwhile intolerable smell has increased trouble for patients by polluting the environment.
Hospital sources said that Medical Superintendent Dr. Satyajit Paul has gone to leave. Superintendent in- charge Dr. Jadumohan Tripura said that he would take effective step to solve the problem.
