Rail Police recovered Ganja worth of Rs.1.8 lakh from Bangaluru – Hamsafar Express today. Sources said that Railway police recovered three abandoned bags during regular checking from the train. Nobody claimed ownership of the bags.
After searching the bags police recovered 17 packets ganja. Total weight of recovered ganja is 34 Kg while each packed contains 2 Kg. The worth of recovered ganja is Rs. 1.8 lakh.
Meanwhile Police from Dharmanagar Police Station recovered 17 packet Ganja (1 Quintal 56 Kg) from a Honda City car (DL 4C AB 1059) with symbol of doctor from Purba Bazar of Dharmanagar today. The worth of the recovered ganja is Rs.15 lakh.
