Entry has been Invited for State School Chess

AGARTALA:

Two day long Haripad dasgupta Memorial State School Chess tournament will be held from September 2-3.

The tournament will be held in 6 rounds and will be held at the hall of Maharani Tulsibati Girl’s School. The tournament will be held in three sections. Pawn Group (Students from Nursery to Third standard), Night Group (Students from 4th to 6th standard) and Queen Group (Students from 7th to 12th standard) will be the three sections which will be held in the tournament.

Willing chess players have to enroll their names to secretary of Anand Chess Academy Biswajit Nag on or before August 31 along with entry fee of Rs 300. Top 6 chess players in each category will be awarded with trophies.

Apart from this all the participants in the tournament will get consolation prizes. Secretary Biswajit Nag announced the news today.
