The speeches of Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb have failed to bring back work culture among the employees in the departments of the state government. It became apparent when common people fail to get their urgent service as often employees go out of the office to work for political organizations in the name of field visit during office hours.
The scene is same in different departments at Teliamura. Sources said that a section of employees under PWD, Water Resource, Health, DWS and Agriculture department went outside after signing at attendance register vacating the offices of the departments. They joined in the meeting of political party organized at local Dak banglow. At that time common people found blank Chair at the offices who went to the offices to get their urgent service.
But they expressed strong resentment to media on being deprived of their essential services.
On being asked by media the employees said that they joined at the meeting of Tripura State Committee of National Trade Union.
