The court ordered 14 days jail remand to contractor Manoj Ghosh in allegation of rape on minor girl. The order passed by the court after producing Manoj in the court at the end of three days police remand today.
Teliamura Police Station filed a case after getting the complaint against Manoj in allegation of rape with case no 38/2018 of IPC and 4 POCSO Act, 2012.
Sources said that the accused Ghosh raped the girl after calling him at his house on February 21 and threatened her not to disclose the matter. Later Manoj requested the girl to visit his house many a times.
At last the minor girl described the incident of rape to her friend and she went to her relative’s house at Teliamura in fear of the rapist.
Later mother of the victim girl filed the written complain at Bishalgarh Police Station. Bishalgarh sent the complaint to Teliamura Police Station. Teliamura Police Station filed the complaint and arrested Manoj Ghosh.
