The casual staffs of the Health department at IGM hospital on Monday staged silent protest demanding job regularization. As a part of their protest the casual employees also staged mass demonstration for half an hour.
The demonstration also raised the demand of job regularization for all the casual employees of the Health department.
Talking to media, the casual staffs of the Health department stated that they are working for past many years and yet they are not being regularized by the government.
Staging protest in demand of the job regularization has become a trend in the state. Nursing students, SSA teachers, Forest department casual worker, horticulture staffs every takes the route of mass demonstration to raise their demand of job regularization.
