The controversial Blue Whale game has finally reached the state of Tripura with a college student being rusticated from the college for playing the Blue Whale game in the hostel.
The incident has come to limelight after the hostel authority has taken a stock of the situation of blue whale tattoo drawn in the hand of the student identified as 21 years old Niloy Das, resident of Kumarghat.
He was later handed over to his parent. On being asked about the college official said that the hostel as well as the college has been kept under tight alert to restrict any kind of related activities by the students especially.
However, later the student was handed over with his parents after being rusticated from the hostel.
“We are keeping a close eye on this so that our students are not involved with such kind of activities,” said college official.
