Anganwadi workers of the state will get their pending amount of salary from October 1, 2018 with the salary of February, 2019 according to the announcement of Prime Minister. Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb made this announcement during his speech on Services provided at Anganwadi Centers with initiative of Social Welfare and Social Education department at Jagannath Chowmuhani of Udaipur.
Describing our country as mother dominated nation he said, that is the reason the Prime Minister is announcing different facilities for mothers of the nation. Giving the information of observing Statehood Day on January19 he said the day would be observed with pomp and gaiety around the state in next year. He criticized the previous government for not observing the day all over the state.
Referring the previous government used to tell about women empowerment Chief Minister alleged that the Left Front did not think about development of women. After 25 years now same government is ruling in state and centre. It is beneficial for state. He raised question how the north eastern states would develop while those are 90 percent dependent of centre.
He further said, the state is getting 100 percent benefit of different schemes. He claimed that Tripura is going to become drug free and torture Free State within 10 months. Criticizing the previous Chief Minister for highest ganja plantation at his constituency he said that the purpose was to maintaining silence as he failed to provide scope for job and business.
