A meeting organized at CDPO office of Karbook Subdivision today as part of decision of the State Government for ‘allowance’ verification of different projects under State and Central Government which is going begin from tomorrow.
Sector Supervisor, CDPO, Anganwadi workers and many others were present in the meeting.
Speaking on the media CDPO Jarmajoy Chakma said, “Karbook subdivision is comprising of two blocks. There are 221 Anganwadi Centres under Karbook Block and 51 centers under Shilachari Block. Among these number of beneficiary from national and state projects is 6236 under Karbook Block. The meeting of verification will be organized to reach the decision of the state government to the beneficiaries where the beneficiaries should attend with their necessary documents.” He appealed the beneficiaries to attend to their respective Panchayat with necessary documents.
He further added that similar verification would begin at Karptali and Bagachetan areas tomorrow which are situated at Sabroom subdivision border and Dhalai District border area. The entire subdivision will be divided into three sectors for the verification.
