As part of further strengthening the cordial relation with the neighbouring Bangladesh, the “Adventure Visit of BSF School Children to Bangladesh” is arranged. The tour for the school children shall kick off from Agartala to Bangladesh on February 17 and end on February 21.
This visit is being organized by BSF and Border Guard Bangladesh as a part of confidence Building Measures agreed upon by both the Border Guarding Forces.
A group of 24 BSF School Children comprising of 14 Boys and 10 Girls will be crossing Integrated Check Post at Agartala for a five days visit to Bangladesh. A flag-off ceremony under the chairmanship of Ashok Kumar Yadav, DIG/PSO, IG will be held at Agartala Check Post to mark the occasion.
