The public meeting at Karamchara market was addressed by Deputy Chief Minister Jishnu Devbarma where the local MLA was absent stirring question mark on the stand of the party.

While the MLA was contacted he said, the meeting was solely planned by the Janajati Morcha, indigenous wing of the party and I was totally unaware about the meeting. Moreover, there was a pre-scheduled meeting of mine at Teliamura on the same day and time. He also said that there if I had the information I would surely cancel my other commitments.

However, during the meeting as much as 325 people of 75 families joined the saffron brigade in presence of the Deputy Chief Minister.
